  • How does the process work?  Holiday Hearts Designs creates template designs for you to personalize.  We currently work primarily with Zazzle.com as our chief fulfillment partner.  Zazzle processes and ships your order once you have personalized the template and added it to your cart.  
  • How do I request alternative colors, make custom design requests or request additional matching items?  Simply click on the contact link above, and we will be happy to assist you.  Through Zazzle's marketplace, Holiday Hearts Designs is able to create hundreds of coordinating products to match or coordinate with your choice of invitations or other paper products or home decor items.  Custom design requests may require additional design costs depending on complexity of the project.  We will advise you of additional applicable costs before performing any work to obtain your approval to proceed. 
  • Who do I contact regarding design questions?  Holiday Hearts Designs is the designer of your design template which is placed on the product for you to personalize (where applicable).  Click on the "Contact" link above and we will provide you with a response to your questions or concerns as soon as possible--ususally within 24 hours.  Please note that if you are contacting us regarding a specific listing on Zazzle, you will need to reference the item product number (found at the end of the product page url).
  • Who do I contact regarding issues related to processing and printing my order?  At the moment your order is placed, Zazzle takes over processing, printing and customer service.  Holiday Hearts Designs does not have the option to cancel, change or to correct a mistake you made on an order while entering your information into the template.  For these questions and more related to the processing and printing of your order, please contact Zazzle's Customer Service.  Their contact information is as follows:​

  • I need to change or cancel my order just placed.  How do I do that?  Please visit here to review Zazzle's policies regarding changing or cancelling your order.
  • Do you offer digital downloadable invitations?  No,  neither Holiday Hearts Designs nor Zazzle currently offers digital invitations.
  • Do you accept international orders?  Absolutely.  Zazzle ships worldwide and actually has domains in 15 countries so that you can order in the currency applicable to your locale, and so that any applicable local taxes and shipping can be properly calculated for your order.
  • Can I get a sample or a digital proof prior to order?  Unfortunately, neither we nor Zazzle offers samples at this time.  When you complete one of our template designs on Zazzle, they will print exactly what you input into the template, once you place your order.  Please proofread your final design carefully before adding it to your cart.
  • I would like to order a complete invitation suite.  How do I do that?  Currently, Zazzle's marketplace is such that each item must be personalized and ordered separately.  If you wish to purchase personalized invitations, personalized stickers, personalized labels, personalized envelopes and more, each of these items will need to be personalized by you and added to your cart and purchased.  Some items may ship together and some items may ship separately. 
  • How quickly will my order be processed and shipped?  Zazzle begins working on your order as soon as it is placed.  Most items are processed within 24 hours and shipped out according to the shipping option you choose.  During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas holiday season), please allow for additional processing time for your order.  Some items require longer manufacturing/processing times.
  • What is the refund policy?  Holiday Hearts Designs is 100% commited to your satisfaction with our design work.  If you have an issue with one of our designs, we want to hear from you.  Zazzle has a 100% satisfaction promise with regard to the processing and shipment of your order.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, Zazzle will take it back.  Please visit here for details regarding Zazzle's return policy.
  • Do you offer volume discounts?  Many of Zazzle's products have applicable quantity discounts.
  • The template design I personalized has diamonds, ribbons, sparkles or other embellishments.  Are these real?  No, all embellishments are printed.  They are designed to appear real, but are not real.
